the location was central to everything. the room had a coffee machine that was always refreshed. staff were polite whether i spoke french or not.

the mattress was soft. it reminded me of my body was sinking. after sleeping, my body was sore the next day.

i found the staff helpful and attentive from arrival. the room was super clean and well-appointed. the location allowed easy access to many attractions, a real plus. the hotel's elegance.

i noticed the gym equipment could use some updating, but it didn't significantly affect my visit.

charming stay downtown

helpful staff attentive service excellent food smooth process

the staff were very helpful and kind i received superb assistance with directions and recommendations the doormen were always available to hail a taxi immediately the location made exploring simple with many attractions at walking distance i thoroughly enjoyed the central position. the hotel restaurant had excellent food and attentive service i tried the steak frites and it was cooked perfectly my server remembered my drink order each evening which was a nice touch the atmosphere was relaxed and inviting i was always promptly seated. the hotel building presented really good cleanliness it was well kept i saw staff regularly sanitizing high-touch surfaces the public areas were always tidy this cleanliness created a safe environment i felt the team cared. the valet service made parking effortless the attendants promptly retrieved my vehicle i did not wait long for my car to arrive they handled my luggage with care their professionalism was very reassuring i was grateful for this smooth process.

my room had one small issue with a slow draining sink it did not impact my overall stay much though

the fitness center had a treadmill and free weights i maintained my workout routine easily the business center offered computer and printing services i addressed some urgent emails there was complimentary wifi throughout the building i did not experience any connectivity problems.

the hotel is located near major shopping streets i found some nice boutiques the cathedral is only a short walk away i enjoyed viewing the architecture public transport is very accessible nearby i easily explored further parts.

the hotel restaurant provided delicious breakfast options i appreciated the fresh pastries each morning the bar area was stylish and sophisticated i enjoyed a cocktail there each evening the service was consistently attentive i was always well taken care of.
