the staff were very helpful and kind i received superb assistance with directions and recommendations the doormen were always available to hail a taxi immediately the location made exploring simple with many attractions at walking distance i thoroughly enjoyed the central position. the hotel restaurant had excellent food and attentive service i tried the steak frites and it was cooked perfectly my server remembered my drink order each evening which was a nice touch the atmosphere was relaxed and inviting i was always promptly seated. the hotel building presented really good cleanliness it was well kept i saw staff regularly sanitizing high-touch surfaces the public areas were always tidy this cleanliness created a safe environment i felt the team cared. the valet service made parking effortless the attendants promptly retrieved my vehicle i did not wait long for my car to arrive they handled my luggage with care their professionalism was very reassuring i was grateful for this smooth process.

my room had one small issue with a slow draining sink it did not impact my overall stay much though
